At the end of this validation period:

Registration is only final after written confirmation by the Organiser sent by email.

4. Pricing and Payment Terms

Ticket prices are indicated in euros exclusive of tax (excl. VAT), unless otherwise stated.

Payment is made online via the secure Stripe payment solution.

This authorisation does not constitute a definitive charge.

Payment is captured only after the registration has been validated by the Organiser.

In the event of a refused registration, the funds are automatically released by Stripe in accordance with the applicable procedures of the payment platform and the participant's bank.

5. Registration Confirmation

After validation of the registration request by the organising team, a confirmation email is sent to the address provided at the time of registration.
